What you'll be doing
- Lead the technical vision for subscription growth and retention, focusing on areas like signup optimization, pricing strategies, and loyalty programs to drive user acquisition.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing, full-stack engineering team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, marketing, and data science teams to define priorities and execute high-impact initiatives that maximize the lifetime value of our subscription offerings.
What you'll bring
We are looking for a growth-minded leader who thrives in a collaborative environment. You should have the following qualifications:
- Over 10 years of software engineering experience, including at least 4 years in an engineering management role leading full-stack teams.
- Proven experience in building and scaling subscription platforms, specifically regarding payments, retention flows, and pricing strategies.
- A strong background in growth engineering, including experimentation frameworks, user segmentation, and conversion optimization.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term technical architecture with immediate business needs.
- Excellent communication skills and an empathetic leadership style that helps you align diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English.
What you'll get
