The opportunity
As a Senior Engineer, you will join our team to design, build, and launch high-caliber technology that makes DeFi more accessible and capital-efficient. You will play a pivotal role in our mission to create frictionless financial protocols. We value correct coding above all else, and you will have the space to iterate on our existing systems while exploring new ways to improve the ecosystem. Whether you are working in Solidity, Rust, or Elixir, you will be part of a team that prioritizes long-term impact and technical excellence.
A day in the life
- You will design and test complex smart contracts in Solidity to support our EVM-based blockchain initiatives.
- You will develop robust back-end web services that bridge the gap between our applications and the blockchain.
- You will collaborate closely with our small, talented team to mentor other engineers and plan the future of our financial products.
Who you are
You are an experienced engineer with at least 5 years of professional background in the field. You hold a degree in Computer Science or have gained equivalent practical experience that has sharpened your analytical mindset. You have a deep understanding of the current DeFi landscape and possess the strategic judgment needed to solve complex problems. While you are comfortable working with a variety of languages like TypeScript, Rust, Elixir, and Elm, you are always eager to learn new tools. You communicate fluently in English and thrive in a remote environment where collaboration is key.
