At Noyo, we are building the essential infrastructure for the benefits industry. Much like Stripe revolutionized payments or Plaid transformed financial services, we are creating the connectivity that allows developers to embed health and insurance benefits into any application. We are a fast-growing company backed by leading Silicon Valley investors, and we are looking for ambitious, creative people to join our mission of making benefits easy to understand and accessible for everyone. While we operate as a distributed team across the United States, we value in-person collaboration and currently prioritize candidates based in the San Francisco Bay Area who are excited to work from our office a few days each week.
What you'll be doing
- Architect and execute high-quality insurance carrier integrations, focusing on the services, internal tools, and automation that drive our network speed and reliability.
- Design, build, and maintain the core products and services owned by our Network Team.
- Focus on solving complex problems rather than just implementing predefined solutions, spending the majority of your day actively building and shipping features.
What you'll bring
We are looking for a senior engineer with at least 7 years of professional experience who is comfortable in a product-driven environment. You should have a strong background in building modern web applications and a proven ability to balance speed, risk, and quality. We value experience working in agile environments that utilize continuous integration, as well as rigorous logging and monitoring practices in production. While we use Python, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud Platform, we are happy to teach you our stack if you have experience with similar modern technologies. You should be fluent in English and ready to provide technical mentorship to your teammates.
What you'll get
We offer a base salary range of $162,000 to $194,400 annually. Our total rewards program is designed to support your growth and well-being, and we take a location-agnostic approach to compensation. Key benefits include:
- Hybrid work flexibility.
- Comprehensive equity packages.
- Dedicated professional development opportunities.
