Senior Engineer at Compound-2

What you'll be doing

• You will design, build, and test smart contracts using Solidity for EVM-based blockchains.
• You will develop robust back-end web services that interact seamlessly with blockchain protocols.
• You will ensure the absolute correctness of complex financial algorithms while identifying new opportunities for growth within the DeFi ecosystem.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years of professional engineering experience and a degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical knowledge. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:

• Strong expertise in building high-traffic web services.
• A deep understanding of the current DeFi landscape.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience with or a strong interest in our core stack, which includes Solidity, TypeScript, Rust, Elixir, and Elm.
