What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Engineer to join us on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere. As a senior member of our team, you will play a critical role in our development process, helping us solve complex gameplay challenges while maintaining a high standard of quality.
What will you do?
- Collaborate closely with our designers and fellow engineers to create innovative gameplay mechanics and solve technical problems.
- Write clean C++ code and scripts to bring our gameplay prototypes to life.
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers while fostering an inclusive and supportive team culture.
What makes you a great fit?
You should have at least 5 years of professional development experience and a deep familiarity with the Unreal Engine. We value candidates who have a strong sense of how to create responsive, low-latency player controls and who understand the full lifecycle of a game, from initial prototyping to final shipping. You should be a self-starter who communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical team members. Fluency in English is required for this role, and experience working on console platforms is considered a significant bonus.
