We are looking for

Sr. Engineer-Equipment Design and Development

at one of our locations in Asia India, ( Pune Lonikand)

Your tasks:

Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative (automotive) environment:

• Design and development of special purpose machines, equipment’s, jigs, fixtures required for wire assembly

• Create alternative design concepts of special purpose equipment’s.

• Prepare detailed design of equipment’s and manufacturing drawings.

• Create and maintain equipment documentation- BOM, specifications, programing logic

• Interact with suppliers for timely delivery of machined parts, standard components

• Guide and co-ordinate for assembly of equipment’s, machines, fixtures

• Supports current product with continuous improvement and supports resolution of customer

• Understand, support, and contribute to IATF16949 by following approved policies and procedures

• Must be action oriented, ethical in value, and have a strong customer focus

• Must possess ability to build peer relationships as well as work independently.

• Qualification:-Mechanical Engineering

• Experience in design & development of customized equipment’s, Automation

• Extensive knowledge on automation components, PLC programming

• Knowledge of different machining processes

• Requires extensive knowledge of 3D modelling, assembly and 2D drafting - experience in Inventor is preferred.

• Requires strong knowledge of working principles and selection of automation components- like pneumatics parts, servo motors, sensors, LVDT, robots, cobot’s etc

• Should be skilled at written & verbal communication

• 4-6 Years of Experience.
