We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AWS DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a key member of our DevOps team, you will leverage your expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) to optimize our development and operations processes, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality software.

Role and Responsibilities

Define and abide by stringent security standards

Lead the design and implementation of elastically scalable solutions

Build environments from the ground up with security and performance built-in

Implement monitoring, metrics, and alerts

Design for business continuity

Firm understanding of building blocks of cloud infrastructure

Observability, Security, Reliability, Performance, and Cost

Work well in an Agile/Scrum environment, but also be responsive to urgent requests

Maintain a high standard of work quality and encourage others to do the same

Energetic individual with enthusiasm to learn new tools, technologies & processes

Must-Have:

Minimum 5-8 Years of Experience (Preferably from product setup)

Experience building and supporting AWS architecture

Experience with a streaming infrastructure (SQS / Kinesis)

Experience with datastores: ElasticSearch, Postgresql, NoSQL

Experience with auto-scalable microservices (AWS lambda)

Experience with Terraform building AWS infrastructure

Experience with AWS ECS

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on AWS

Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash

Nice to Have:

Experience working with SAAS based FinTech

Familiarity with JIRA is a plus

OWASP experience

IDS / IPS solutions Networking Experience

Java/Groovy (Nice to have)

Experience with Jenkins or similar CI tools
