Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Enablement Specialist to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a senior-level role focused on driving excellence within our Customer Success organization. You will have the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the United States.
Your impact
- Own and evolve the enablement programs for new hires and tenured employees within our Customer Success organization.
- Design and deliver high-impact training content by collaborating closely with cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, and Support.
- Manage our Learning Management System to track performance metrics and ensure our training initiatives deliver measurable ROI.
What you'll need
- At least 4 years of experience in training or enablement-focused roles.
- A strong background in designing and delivering training for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Lessonly, or similar industry-standard platforms.
- A deep understanding of Customer Success principles and a passion for technical training and onboarding.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to influence stakeholders across the company.
