As a Senior Employer Brand Strategist, you will play a vital role in shaping how the world perceives our culture, connecting with potential talent across our international offices in North America, Europe, and Asia.
About the Role
This is a Full Time position based in our Talent Acquisition department. You will be responsible for developing and executing a global employer brand content strategy that resonates across all communication platforms. By partnering with internal teams like Brand, People and Culture, and Product Marketing, you will identify and highlight the stories that define our workplace, ensuring our values of EDI and sustainability are woven into everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a scalable, global employer brand strategy while collaborating with cross-functional partners and external agencies to produce impactful content.
- Manage our presence on platforms like LinkedIn by defining our strategy, tracking engagement KPIs, and using data-driven insights to refine our approach.
- Partner with internal teams to define our Employee Value Propositions and ensure they are effectively communicated across all internal and external channels.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in communications, digital marketing, or brand marketing, with a specific focus on employer branding.
- Proven success in building and executing comprehensive content strategies that are both useful and effective.
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally, manage stakeholder relationships, and lead projects with autonomy while remaining flexible in an evolving environment.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
Location
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and offers a hybrid work arrangement.
