About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Employer Brand Strategist to join our Talent Acquisition department on a full-time basis. In this role, you will act as a global leader responsible for developing and executing our employer brand content strategy across all communication platforms. You will work closely with our internal teams, including Brand, People and Culture, and various regional partners, to ensure our employee experience is authentically represented to the world. This is a hybrid position that offers the opportunity to shape how we connect with talent globally while maintaining a deep connection to our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and scale a comprehensive employer brand strategy that aligns with our core values, including our commitment to EDI and Sustainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and external agencies to produce high-impact content that highlights our unique Employee Value Propositions.
- Manage our presence on platforms like LinkedIn by leveraging data-driven insights to track engagement and continuously refine our content approach.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in communications, digital marketing, or brand marketing, specifically within the realm of employer branding.
- A proven track record of building, executing, and governing effective content strategies.
- Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively across diverse global teams.
- A proactive, creative mindset that embraces ambiguity and seeks out innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
Location
This position is based out of our office in North Vancouver, Canada, and supports a hybrid work model.
