About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Employer Brand Strategist to join us in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will be the primary architect of our global employer brand content strategy. You will work across our entire organization, partnering with teams ranging from Brand Communications and Product Marketing to People and Culture. Your mission is to define our employee value proposition and bring it to life through compelling content that resonates with our global community, ensuring our brand identity remains consistent and impactful across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a scalable, global employer brand strategy that aligns with our corporate values, including a strong focus on EDI and sustainability.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to produce high-quality content that highlights the unique experience of working at Arc’teryx.
- Manage our presence on platforms like LinkedIn by tracking engagement metrics and using data-driven decision making to refine our approach and improve effectiveness.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should bring a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution skills. Our ideal candidate possesses the following:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in communications, digital marketing, or brand marketing, with a specific focus on employer branding.
- A proven track record of building and executing content strategies that are both useful and effective.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and lead projects across diverse global teams.
- A proactive, flexible mindset that allows you to navigate ambiguity while maintaining an unwavering commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
Location
This position is based out of our office in North Vancouver, Canada, and is available as a hybrid role.
