In this role, you will be the creative force behind our employer brand, ensuring that our story resonates with our global community and reflects the incredible experience of working at our company. This is a unique opportunity to shape how we connect with talent across our offices in North America, EMEA, and APAC while working alongside a passionate, collaborative team.
What you'll be doing
- You will develop and execute a comprehensive, scalable employer brand strategy, collaborating with cross-functional partners and external agencies to bring our narrative to life across all communication platforms.
- You will lead our LinkedIn strategy and social media presence, using data-driven decision making to track engagement KPIs and refine our approach for maximum impact.
- You will partner with our Total Rewards, Talent Management, and EDI teams to craft and communicate our Employee Value Propositions, ensuring our commitment to sustainability and our core values is woven into every piece of content.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and strengths:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in communications, digital marketing, or brand marketing, with a specific focus on employer branding.
- A proven track record of building and executing effective content strategies, including the creation, delivery, and governance of digital assets.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, allowing you to work effectively across diverse teams like Brand, Product Marketing, and People and Culture.
- A proactive, creative mindset that thrives in ambiguous environments and seeks innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Fluency in English and eligibility to work in Canada.
What you'll get
We believe in supporting our team members both inside and outside of the office. As part of our commitment to your well-being and professional growth, we offer the following:
- Hybrid work flexibility to help you balance your professional and personal life.
- The opportunity to work in a culture that values inclusivity, curiosity, and the pursuit of doing things better.
- A collaborative environment where your voice is heard and your contributions directly influence our global employer brand.
