Senior Electrical Engineer at Mach

We are looking for a talented Senior Electrical Engineer to join our mission and help us redefine the future of warfare through rapid innovation and high-impact engineering.

What you'll be doing

• You will lead the design of embedded electronics, including complex circuit boards featuring MCUs, high-speed communication busses, and robust power distribution systems.
• You will manage the full lifecycle of PCB design, from schematic capture and layout to the rapid construction and testing of prototypes for flight avionics and guidance systems.
• You will collaborate across engineering disciplines to ensure your electrical designs integrate perfectly with our mechanical and systems teams while maintaining strict compliance with defense and export control regulations.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in electrical engineering and a passion for defense technology. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally within the aerospace or defense sectors.
• Advanced proficiency in design software such as Altium Designer or Cadence.
• Deep expertise in high-performance MCUs, high-speed digital signals, analog electronics, and power delivery.
• The ability to obtain a security clearance and a solid understanding of defense industry standards like MIL-STD.
• Fluency in English to communicate effectively within our collaborative, fast-paced environment.
