The role
We are seeking a Senior Director, Project Management to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level leadership position that requires a candidate who can balance high-level strategic oversight with hands-on operational management. You will serve as the primary operational partner for a portfolio of business, ensuring that our teams remain aligned, efficient, and focused on delivering top-tier work. This is a hybrid role based in the United States, requiring a consistent onsite presence in our Boston office three days per week to foster direct collaboration with our client teams.
Core responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of accounts by ensuring all initiatives are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Cultivate trusted partnerships with senior client stakeholders by providing strategic, solutions-oriented guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and develop a team of project managers while driving cross-functional alignment across our creative, strategy, and production departments.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- More than 10 years of project management experience in an agency or healthcare communications setting, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Expertise in using Smartsheet and Excel to manage complex project schedules, resource allocations, and reporting dashboards.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, multi-channel product or campaign launches from inception to completion.
- Exceptional client-facing skills and the ability to maintain composure and clarity while managing high-pressure, ambiguous situations.
- Fluency in English and the ability to work from our Boston office three days per week.
Compensation and benefits
The salary range for this position is $170,000 to $195,000 USD. Please note that actual compensation is determined by a variety of factors, including your specific experience, education, and demonstrated qualifications. In addition to salary, we offer the flexibility of a hybrid work environment.
