About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Director, Partner Marketing to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this executive-level role, you will lead the strategy and execution of all partner-related marketing initiatives. You will work closely with our SVP of Partners, as well as regional sales and channel teams, to expand and strengthen our global ecosystem. This is a pivotal position for someone who wants to elevate our partner marketing efforts and drive significant business growth through strategic collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, scale, and manage a high-performance partner marketing team while developing integrated marketing plans that drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue.
- Collaborate with strategic technology partners, such as AWS, to execute co-marketing initiatives that maximize our presence and generate mutual success.
- Define and track key performance indicators to measure program effectiveness, providing actionable insights to executive leadership to optimize our overall strategy.
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced leader who is ready to make a tangible impact. Our ideal candidate brings the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with an MBA preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including 5 or more years in a management role focused on channel, partner, and ecosystem marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to use data to inform decision-making.
- A bias for action and the ability to challenge the status quo, paired with an executive presence that allows you to empathize with partners and customers alike.
- Experience in the ERP market or industry-focused go-to-market strategies is considered a significant advantage.

This position is based in the United States and operates on a hybrid work model.
