The opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Director of Product to lead high-impact initiatives across our product operations and management functions. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will serve as a key architect for our customer-facing, AI-enabled platforms. While this role does not involve direct people management, you will own the systems, processes, and roadmaps that allow our teams to build and scale effectively. You will sit at the intersection of AI, user experience, and product delivery, ensuring that our technical capabilities translate into meaningful health outcomes for our users.

A day in the life

• You will design and evolve the operational frameworks that support the delivery of our AI-powered tools, ensuring alignment across engineering, design, and business teams.
• You will partner with product managers to shape the roadmap for features that leverage machine learning, ensuring these solutions are both technically sound and user-focused.
• You will act as a cross-functional connector, facilitating collaboration between data science and commercial teams to bring structure and clarity to our most complex product challenges.

Who you are

You are a seasoned leader with at least 7 years of experience in product management, product operations, or strategy, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment. You possess a deep understanding of the AI and machine learning lifecycle, from data sourcing to model deployment, and you have a proven track record of turning those technical capabilities into intuitive user experiences. Because we operate in the health care space, you bring a clear understanding of regulatory and data privacy considerations. You are highly skilled at influencing stakeholders and driving cross-functional work without needing formal authority, and you are fluent in English.
