What you'll be doing

• You will own the platform-level product strategy, translating our high-level company goals into a prioritized roadmap that delivers measurable results.
• You will lead, mentor, and develop our product management team by establishing clear operating rhythms, accountability standards, and a culture of customer-focused innovation.
• You will partner closely with our Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success departments to ensure that every product launch is executed with high quality and directly contributes to our revenue and adoption targets.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• More than 10 years of experience in product management leadership, specifically within B2B SaaS environments.
• A proven track record of translating complex strategies into successful execution, with a focus on driving product analytics, customer value, and commercial impact.
• Strong operational discipline regarding roadmap planning and cross-functional delivery.
• The ability to communicate product direction and tradeoffs clearly to both internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Fluency in English.
• A collaborative, low-ego leadership style that prioritizes quality and accountability.
• Bonus points if you have experience in EdTech, learning platforms, or maturing a product analytics function from the ground up.
