We are looking for a Senior Director of Operations who is excited to shape how our engineering teams deliver across this wide range of technologies.
What you'll be doing
- Lead department-wide initiatives that improve how we design, build, and ship software, working closely with teams from concept through deployment.
- Mentor engineers and managers at every level, helping the entire organization raise its technical and operational standards.
- Identify gaps in our tooling and processes, then design or champion new solutions that keep projects moving efficiently across multiple business units.
What you'll bring
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 12 years of software development experience, including 8 or more years leading engineers, teams, or major initiatives.
- Strong object-oriented programming skills, with C# and .NET experience viewed as a plus.
- Significant experience designing and developing database systems, along with a solid understanding of networking concepts and technologies.
- A track record of mentoring engineers and influencing cross-functional teams to reach shared goals.
- Hands-on experience with physical or IoT systems is highly valued.
- Fluency in English.
