This full-time Senior Director of Information Technology position operates in a hybrid work model and calls for a Director-level professional who can guide technology strategy while staying close to day-to-day execution.
Your impact
- Lead the IT organization by setting direction, mentoring team members, and aligning every technology initiative with company growth targets.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT products and services, ensuring projects land on time, on budget, and at the quality our brand partners expect.
- Drive the technical integration of newly acquired brands, translating business needs into scalable solutions that keep operations running smoothly across a decentralized user base.
What you'll need
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, plus five to seven years of leadership experience managing IT teams and delivering complex technology programs. You bring proven expertise in software development, delivery methodologies, and project management, along with a solid grasp of infrastructure, networking, and security. Strong contract negotiation and budget management skills are essential, as is the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365, Jira, C#, .NET, Microsoft SQL, and CRM platforms such as Zoho or Salesforce will help you hit the ground running. Experience supporting decentralized teams and a track record of driving results in high-growth environments round out the profile.
