Senior Director of Information Technology at IMVT Corporation

The Role: 

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic-minded Senior Director of Information Technology (IT) to lead our Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Human Resources (HR) technology initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the IT strategy for these critical business functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen to drive innovation, efficiency, and effectiveness across, legal, finance, procurement, and HR processes. This role also requires strong leadership, vendor management, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for finance, legal, procurement, and HR systems in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in finance, legal, procurement, and HR departments to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
• Oversee the selection, customization, and integration of software applications and direct vendors to meet the needs of finance, legal, procurement, and HR functions.
• Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of data by directing vendors to implement appropriate controls and best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive integration and alignment between IT systems and business processes. 
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Lead change management efforts related to the implementation of new systems or process improvements.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members to foster a high-performance culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a focus on finance, legal, procurement, and HR systems.
• Hands on experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), HCM (Human Capital Management) and CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) systems essential. 
• Experience in Start-ups a plus.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to finance, procurement, and HR processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
