We are a dynamic, mission-driven team that values authenticity and innovation, and we are looking for a Senior Director of HR to help us cultivate a culture of hyper-alignment and high performance as we continue to grow.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with our business goals, vision, and growth trajectory while serving as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team.
- Oversee all facets of the employee experience, including talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, and the management of compensation and benefits programs.
- Act as a culture ambassador by driving our core values and internal communications strategy across our global, fully remote workforce to ensure consistent alignment and a positive environment.
What you'll bring
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on leader who is passionate about building teams and enabling others to do their best work. You should possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a Director-level role.
- A proven track record of building effective relationships across all levels of an organization and communicating in an articulate, persuasive manner.
- Proficiency in HR operations, organizational design, and talent development, ideally with experience in the SaaS industry.
- Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are preferred.
- Fluency in English.
