At Consensus, we are moving beyond the traditional corporate mold to redefine how buyers and sellers interact. Our Product Experience Platform uses innovative tools like video demos and interactive simulations to help sales teams scale effectively. We are a dynamic, mission-driven team that values authenticity and innovation, and we are looking for a Senior Director of HR to help us cultivate a culture of hyper-alignment and high performance as we continue to grow.

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with our business goals, vision, and growth trajectory while serving as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team.
Oversee all facets of the employee experience, including talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, and the management of compensation and benefits programs.
Act as a culture ambassador by driving our core values and internal communications strategy across our global, fully remote workforce to ensure consistent alignment and a positive environment.

What you'll bring

We are looking for a strategic, hands-on leader who is passionate about building teams and enabling others to do their best work. You should possess the following qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a Director-level role.
A proven track record of building effective relationships across all levels of an organization and communicating in an articulate, persuasive manner.
Proficiency in HR operations, organizational design, and talent development, ideally with experience in the SaaS industry.
Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are preferred.
Fluency in English.
