Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Director of Engineering to lead our Partner Products and Core Systems domains. This is a full-time, Director-level position that can be performed remotely from anywhere within our hiring states. You will be instrumental in shaping our technical strategy while managing the teams that power our inventory systems and the foundational platform architecture that supports our entire product suite.
Your impact
- Lead and mentor engineering managers to foster a culture of high performance, technical excellence, and continuous improvement across multiple product teams.
- Partner closely with product leadership to define and execute a multi-horizon technical strategy that aligns with our broader business objectives and scales our platform.
- Oversee the operational health, security, and stability of our core systems and partner-facing tools, ensuring we deliver a seamless experience for both our users and internal stakeholders.
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of engineering leadership experience, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years specifically as a Director or Senior Director managing managers.
- A strong foundation in software engineering and architecture, with a proven ability to drive technical strategy and manage complex development lifecycles.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between technical vision and non-technical business requirements.
- Expertise in resource allocation, project management, and building scalable, resilient systems that support large-scale, customer-facing products.
- Fluency in English.
Perks and compensation
The target base salary range for this position is $195,000 to $244,000, plus participation in our annual bonus and stock option programs. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
