How we'll deliver success:
We aim to create the best shipping experience for our merchants. Every year, 100,000+ merchants ship millions of orders on the Shippo platform, either directly through our App for smaller shippers, or through our APIs for shippers of larger size. As the Sr. Director of App Product, you and your team will work cross-functionally with go-to-market and product stakeholders to create the best shipping experiences for SMB merchants. Your team will focus on working with merchants to understand their shipping workflows and design optimal solutions that enable them to hand over entire shipping workflows to Shippo. You will co-own the P&L for the entire app business with your GTM counterpart. Shippo is extremely user-centric and always makes product decisions by balancing insights from user research, customer data, and best practices. Our Compensation Shippolicy:
Here at Shippo, we believe compensation is a custom experience and we are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The standard base + variable pay range for this role is min $230k to a max $315k annual. We tend to anchor our pay in the middle of this range ($274k) with most offers that we make.
The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: financial budgets, work experience, training, transferable skills, business needs, and market value. The base pay salary ranges are subject to change and may be modified in the future. Total compensation for this role will include, equity, medical, dental, vision and other benefits noted in our Shippos “package” section.

Our people, much like the packages we help ship, are all over the world. This means, through our remote-first program, “Shippos Everywhere”, our roles can be based anywhere in the US with the exception of Delaware, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, Hawaii, New Mexico and West Virginia and many roles can be based internationally.
For locations outside of the US and Ireland, the employment contracts are powered by Remote.com (all Shippo perks still apply - including equity!). What we want to emphasize is that you can be successful at Shippo regardless of location.
