What you bring
We are looking for a Senior Director of Account-Based Marketing to join us in a full-time, remote capacity from anywhere. In this executive-level role, you will lead our go-to-market and demand generation strategies, specifically targeting the enterprise pharmaceutical sector. Your expertise in B2B marketing and the life sciences industry will be vital as you shape our commercial direction and lead our marketing team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing high-level account-based marketing strategies in collaboration with our senior leadership team.
- Translating complex business objectives into actionable functional plans while managing marketing budgets and schedules.
- Leading, mentoring, and guiding the marketing team to ensure all strategic yearly goals are met or exceeded.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a quantitative and analytical leader who possesses 10 to 15 years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing, ideally within the biopharmaceutical or life sciences space. You should hold a Bachelor's degree and demonstrate a deep understanding of marketing systems, attribution reporting, and the ability to manage large-scale customer relationships. We value individuals who are forward-thinking and collaborative, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You must be comfortable leading by example, balancing multiple high-priority projects, and maintaining a meticulous eye for detail in all communications.
