What you bring

As our Senior Director of IT Operations and G&A Systems, you will serve as a key executive leader responsible for our enterprise technology strategy. This full-time, remote role focuses on managing our finance, procurement, and human resources systems while overseeing our overall infrastructure. You will be expected to leverage your expertise in ERP, HCM, and CLM platforms to drive operational excellence. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

• Designing and executing a strategic roadmap for our internal business systems that aligns with our broader organizational objectives.
• Maintaining full accountability for our infrastructure and the performance of our managed service providers.
• Leading change management initiatives and mentoring our IT team to foster a high-performance culture across all system operations.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with over 10 years of experience in IT leadership, specifically within the finance, procurement, and HR technology space. You should hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Business Administration, though a master’s degree is preferred. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of data integrity, security, and vendor management. You must be an analytical thinker who can translate complex business needs into effective technical solutions. Proficiency in English is required, and while not mandatory, previous experience working within a startup environment is considered a significant asset.

What we offer
