What is this role?

We are searching for a Senior Director of IT Operations & G&A Systems to join us on a full-time basis. This is an executive-level position that you can perform from anywhere, as we operate in a fully remote environment. You will be responsible for leading our technology initiatives across finance, procurement, and human resources, while also overseeing our enterprise support services and infrastructure.

What will you do?

• You will design and carry out the strategic roadmap for our finance, procurement, and HR systems to ensure they align with our broader company goals.
• You will manage our vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements, while also maintaining accountability for our managed service providers and company infrastructure.
• You will lead a team of IT professionals, fostering a high-performance culture through mentorship and professional development while guiding our change management efforts for new system implementations.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience in IT leadership, specifically focusing on finance, procurement, and HR systems. We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and possesses the following qualifications:

• Hands-on experience working with ERP, HCM, and CLM systems.
• A strong background in vendor management, security, and data integrity.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration, with a master’s degree being a plus.
• The ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Experience in a startup environment is considered a significant advantage.
