What is this role?

We are searching for a Senior Director of IT Operations & G&A Systems to join us on a full-time, remote basis. This is an executive-level position that requires a seasoned professional to oversee our finance, procurement, and human resources technology initiatives. You will be responsible for the strategic direction of our enterprise support services, ensuring that our infrastructure and systems remain robust, efficient, and perfectly aligned with our broader organizational goals.

What will you do?

• Design and implement a comprehensive strategic roadmap for our finance, procurement, and human resources systems to support our growing business needs.
• Take full accountability for our infrastructure and manage our relationships with managed service providers to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals while driving change management efforts during the rollout of new systems and process improvements.

What makes you a great fit?

You should bring at least 10 years of experience in IT leadership, specifically with a focus on G&A systems. We are looking for someone who has hands-on expertise with ERP, HCM, and CLM platforms. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of vendor management, data security, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and experience within a startup environment is considered a significant plus. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting and be willing to travel occasionally for business needs.
