We are currently looking for a strategic leader to join our marketing department and help drive our continued growth.
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Director, Internal and Executive Communications to join our team on a full-time basis. In this executive-level role, you will be responsible for shaping our internal culture and elevating the profiles of our leadership team. You will craft narratives that ensure strategic clarity across our organization while positioning our executives as thought leaders in the market. This position is remote, though candidates on the East Coast are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy that fosters transparency and keeps our global team aligned with our mission and vision.
- Partner closely with executive leadership to craft compelling narratives, prepare them for public speaking and media engagements, and amplify their voices internally and externally.
- Lead communication efforts during periods of change, including product launches and company transformations, while providing guidance on crisis management and sensitive internal messaging.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience leading internal and executive communications, specifically within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- A proven ability to distill complex business concepts into clear, impactful narratives for diverse audiences.
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build meaningful, cross-functional relationships with senior management and stakeholders across the company.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated talent for capturing the unique voice of leadership.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving organization.

This role is remote and open to candidates located anywhere.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $219,000 to $240,000. In addition to base compensation, we offer a competitive total rewards package that includes:
