The opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Director, Global People Business Partners to help us build a high-performance organization that thrives on agility and transformation. In this executive-level role, you will be the primary strategic partner to our leadership team, guiding our people strategy and fostering a culture where employees are deeply connected to our mission. You will lead a talented group of People Partners, ensuring our human resources initiatives are not only aligned with our business goals but also drive meaningful engagement and growth across our global workforce.
A day in the life
- Lead and mentor our global HR Business Partner team, encouraging a collaborative and innovative approach to solving complex organizational challenges.
- Partner directly with executive leadership to shape people strategies, manage annual planning cycles, and drive organizational transformation across our business units.
- Design and implement engagement strategies that resonate with diverse employee groups, helping to cultivate a culture of resilience and high performance.
Who you are
You are a seasoned HR leader with over 15 years of experience and a proven track record in the tech industry, particularly within Product, Engineering, or Go-to-Market functions. You possess a unique blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution, making you comfortable both advising senior executives and building scalable HR processes. You are an excellent communicator who can simplify complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels. We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and brings deep expertise in HR management, talent management, total rewards, and change management. Experience managing people programs in the Asia Pacific region, especially India, is highly valued.

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes an annual base salary, a bonus program, and equity in the form of RSUs. Depending on your location within the United States, your base salary range will be as follows:
- US Zone 1 (SF, NYC, or Seattle Metro): $200,000 - $251,000 USD
- US Zone 2 (CA outside SF, CO, CT, DC, GA, IL, MA, MD, NY/NJ outside NYC, OR, RI, TX, VA, WA outside Seattle): $170,000 - $213,500 USD
- US Zone 3 (All other US locations): $160,000 - $201,000 USD
