Role at a glance

We are hiring a Senior Director, Engineering on a full-time, remote basis. This Director-level role is open to candidates located anywhere, provided they are legally authorized to work and reside in the United States.

Your impact

• Lead a 20-person engineering group and 6-person QA team to deliver reliable, high-quality updates that keep MARVEL SNAP running smoothly for millions of players.
• Set the long-term technical vision for the live game, guiding the shift from short-term fixes to scalable, future-proof systems while balancing speed and correctness.
• Own the full delivery pipeline, from planning through production, and partner with external development studios to ensure every feature meets our standards before it reaches players.

What you'll need

You bring a track record of shipping and operating successful live-service games, plus experience managing external development partners or vendors. You are equally comfortable setting strategic direction and diving into code when the team needs an extra set of hands. Strong, hands-on familiarity with Unity, AWS, Git, and .NET is essential, and you have guided engineering teams through the full lifecycle of long-running live games. You communicate clearly at every level, from individual contributors to studio leadership, and you know how to build career plans that help people grow.

Perks and compensation

The base salary range for this position is $270,000–300,000 USD, plus equity and the potential for discretionary performance bonuses.
