We are currently seeking a Senior Director of Customer Relationship Management to lead our strategic vision and drive customer loyalty through data-driven lifecycle marketing.
Key outcomes
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy that enhances customer relationships and increases lifetime value.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability and data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate across marketing, product, and commercial departments to ensure CRM initiatives align with broader business objectives.
- Utilize predictive analytics and customer segmentation to personalize communication and improve engagement across the entire customer journey.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to report on CRM success and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Implement effective change management strategies to innovate our CRM processes and address customer pain points.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of professional experience in CRM management, customer insights, or a closely related field.
- A proven history of designing and implementing successful CRM strategies that drive measurable results.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software and data analytics tools, with specific experience in email marketing.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and develop talent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred qualifications
- An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable.
