We are Imagine Pediatrics, a tech-enabled, pediatrician-led medical group dedicated to transforming pediatric care for children with special health needs. Our mission is to break down barriers to care by providing 24/7 virtual and in-home support that complements existing care teams. We are looking for a Senior Director, Communications and Marketing to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will lead our efforts to amplify our brand, engage key stakeholders, and drive growth through strategic communication initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy that strengthens our brand identity and expands our reach across national health plans, providers, and government audiences.
- Lead our public relations and thought leadership efforts by securing media placements, managing executive platforms, and identifying strategic speaking opportunities.
- Oversee content strategy and audience engagement by managing editorial calendars, creating compelling digital content, and partnering cross-functionally to support new client implementations and account-based marketing.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications.
- At least 10 years of professional experience in strategic communications, with a minimum of 5 years specifically leading media relations and content strategy.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams and oversee complex projects in a high-growth environment.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to pivot quickly, with a strong preference for candidates who have prior experience in healthcare, particularly within B2B and B2C Medicaid-eligible populations.
What we offer
We offer a base salary range of $160,000 to $180,000, supplemented by an annual bonus and eligibility for our employee equity purchase program. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
