Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Digital Product Designer to join us in a full-time capacity. This is a senior-level role that operates on a hybrid basis within the United States. You will be instrumental in crafting human-centered experiences that solve real customer problems while maintaining the high aesthetic standards our brand is known for.

Your impact

• Lead end-to-end design initiatives by leveraging market research, analytics, and A/B testing to deliver high-fidelity designs that drive business results.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to shape product strategy and ensure a cohesive experience across web and mobile platforms.
• Champion inclusive design and accessibility principles while maintaining and scaling our internal design system to ensure long-term flexibility.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should be a seasoned designer with a passion for storytelling and technical precision. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience leading comprehensive design projects, with a strong portfolio showcasing both UX and visual design expertise.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and a deep understanding of information architecture, prototyping, and user research methodologies.
• A proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that have a material impact on customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Bonus points if you have experience designing in code, such as HTML, Javascript, SASS/CSS, or React.
