We are currently seeking a Senior Digital Performance Specialist who is passionate about driving growth and eager to make a significant impact in the fintech sector. If you enjoy analyzing data, optimizing complex campaigns, and bringing fresh ideas to life, we would love to have you on our team. This is a hybrid position based in Australia, requiring two days per week in our Milton office, with the flexibility to work from home for the remaining three days.

Key outcomes

• Take charge of campaign management by executing and optimizing digital marketing efforts across PPC, social media, and retargeting networks to maximize return on investment.
• Lead performance analytics and reporting by utilizing Google Analytics to gain insights, refine conversion funnels, and improve customer targeting.
• Drive market innovation by testing and measuring new strategies to enhance customer acquisition and effectively communicate our product benefits.
• Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure all programmatic advertising efforts align with our strategic objectives and budget requirements.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with the wider marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and high-quality ad creatives across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar in-house or agency role with a heavy focus on SEM and paid social media.
• Expertise in managing paid media platforms, particularly Google Ads and Meta.
• A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting growth targets.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to improving automation and operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• A proactive, self-starter attitude that allows you to solve problems independently.
• Deep understanding of conversion funnels and optimization techniques.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with attribution tools such as AppsFlyer and Branch.
