Lumin Digital is looking for a Senior Digital Designer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. We focus on creating high-impact digital solutions that bridge the gap between marketing strategy and brand identity. In this role, you will take ownership of our digital channels, guiding projects from the initial concept phase all the way through to final production. You will act as a key partner to our internal teams, ensuring that every visual element we produce is not only aesthetically compelling but also strategically aligned with our broader business goals.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive digital assets, including website layouts for WordPress and landing pages using Unbounce.
- Serve as a dedicated brand advocate, ensuring that all creative output consistently reflects our standards and visual identity.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to define project scopes, manage timelines, and translate business needs into effective design strategies.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with 4 to 6 years of professional experience in digital design, specifically with assets like web pages, email campaigns, and digital advertising. You should have a strong technical foundation and a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS is essential for this role.
- Extensive experience working with WordPress, specifically with Elementor.
- Expert-level skills in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design is preferred, though an Associate’s degree in a related field will be considered.
- A solid understanding of typography, layout principles, and brand management.
- Familiarity with Unbounce is considered a plus.
