Senior DevOps at Slim.AI

We are looking for a Senior DevOps professional to join our team in Tel Aviv. You will play a key role in building our Software Supply Chain Security as a Service platform, helping us create robust security solutions for our global customers while shaping our engineering culture and technical strategy.

Responsibilities

• Establish our DevOps culture by building long-term CI/CD pipelines and designing efficient developer experiences.
• Manage our cloud organization and access strategies using AWS tools.
• Maintain and improve deployment workflows to ensure seamless releases across all environments.
• Identify and fix security vulnerabilities, ideally by using our own product to secure our infrastructure.
• Define observability metrics and set up reliable pipelines for logging, tracing, and monitoring.
• Optimize application performance and responsiveness with a focus on secure operations.
• Partner with the product team to establish SLIs and SLOs for our systems.
• Develop and implement our incident response methodology and best practices.

Must-haves

• At least 5 years of professional experience in a DevOps or SRE role.
• Proven track record of operating cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Experience managing relational and NoSQL databases, including migrations and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and alerting tools.
• Background in developing containerized backend applications.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical and security concepts clearly.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience working as a Backend or Fullstack engineer.
• Strong foundation in automation and scripting.
• Experience in application security, container security, or DevSecOps.
