Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Platform Engineer to join us on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position open to candidates located anywhere, provided you are based in the European Union and hold a valid work permit. You will play a key role in designing and operating our cloud-native delivery platforms.

Your impact

• Own and operate the Harness platform by designing and maintaining pipelines for Kubernetes and serverless environments, including advanced deployment strategies like canary and blue-green rollouts.
• Engineer scalable infrastructure by creating reusable templates and paved roads that allow application teams to deploy reliably across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Strengthen security and reliability by embedding automated quality gates, security scanning, and observability tools directly into our CI/CD workflows.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of professional experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE roles.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Harness CI/CD.
• Strong technical proficiency with Kubernetes, Terraform, and at least one major cloud provider.
• Experience with automation scripting in Python, Bash, or Go, as well as familiarity with Ansible and Git-based workflows.
• A solid understanding of observability fundamentals and security integration practices.
• Upper-intermediate to advanced proficiency in English, with the ability to work in the EST time zone when necessary.
