What you bring
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Institutional team in our London office. This is a full-time, hybrid role where you will work alongside traders and engineers to drive performance and reliability. You will be responsible for the following:
- Designing, maintaining, and supporting low-latency trading systems to ensure minimal delays in execution.
- Contributing to our cloud-native continuous delivery stack to improve the developer experience and deployment processes.
- Managing production infrastructure with a focus on scalability, fault tolerance, and cost efficiency using tools like Python, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong technical background in engineering and CI/CD practices. We require proficiency in Python, SQL, and Linux, along with hands-on experience in public cloud environments like AWS and GCP. You should be comfortable with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and have a solid grasp of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. We value candidates who are hardworking, collaborative, and eager to learn, as you will be expected to work smart to deliver tangible improvements across our institutional services. Fluency in English is required for this position.
