The role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere. In this role, you will help us maintain service reliability for our production environment while enabling our engineering teams through the development of robust CI/CD pipelines. We operate at a massive scale, and you will be instrumental in ensuring our infrastructure remains performant, resilient, and scalable as we continue to grow.

Core responsibilities

• Manage and configure our cloud infrastructure, with a primary focus on AWS services.
• Develop, maintain, and operate CI/CD pipelines for both product and infrastructure resources using Infrastructure as Code principles.
• Guide new products toward Production Readiness by focusing on observability, scalability, and resiliency while actively supporting security and compliance.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should have significant commercial experience with our technology stack or an equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field. You should possess an Agile mindset and a strong desire to improve technology and processes.

Our environment relies on a variety of tools and platforms, and we value experience in the following areas:

• Strong proficiency in AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, ECS, VPC, RDS).
• Deep working knowledge of both Linux and Windows environments.
• Experience with high-level languages such as Python or PowerShell.
• Expertise in Infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Familiarity with Docker, Redis, and SQL Server.
