We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. At Growe, we focus on driving results over rigid processes and believe in growing together as a unified team. We are looking for someone who is ready to embrace change and take full ownership of their work while helping us scale our infrastructure and optimize our delivery pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage scalable infrastructure using Terraform to ensure our systems remain secure and efficient.
- Design and maintain GitLab CI pipelines to automate our software delivery, making our release cycles faster and more reliable.
- Develop automation scripts and implement comprehensive monitoring solutions with Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack to maintain high system availability.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a DevOps role.
- Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure as code tools.
- Strong proficiency in Python scripting and managing containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- A solid grasp of cloud networking and security best practices.
- Relevant certifications in AWS, Terraform, or Kubernetes are considered a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems independently.
