Figure is transforming the financial services landscape through a disruptive technology platform that prioritizes efficiency and transparency. We are recognized as a leader in the blockchain and fintech sectors, and we are currently looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this hybrid role, you will help us scale our infrastructure and build tools that empower our engineering teams to deliver high-impact products. We value an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for building robust systems from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Improve the daily experience for our engineers by building and deploying new features for our internal platforms.
Identify technical bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions to streamline our development processes.
Collaborate closely with software engineers and project leads to drive innovative, scalable solutions across our production environments.

Requirements

Three to four years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or software development within an agile environment.
Strong proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and modern API gateways like Nginx.
Demonstrated skill in coding with Go or a similar programming language.
Expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and managing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
A collaborative spirit and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in high-traffic production environments.

What we offer
