We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team in a full-time capacity. At NeuroFlow, we are dedicated to bridging the gap between behavioral and physical health by integrating mental health support into the broader healthcare ecosystem. Our platform helps healthcare organizations identify behavioral health risks early and provide timely, effective care to those who need it most. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps that align our infrastructure with product, engineering, and security goals.
- Lead the adoption of serverless and API-based technologies while maintaining rigorous security standards and optimizing resource efficiency.
- Integrate security and reliability engineering directly into our DevOps practices and deployment pipelines.
Requirements
We are seeking a leader who is comfortable working hands-on to build high-performance, scalable systems. You should have extensive experience managing infrastructure for large-scale applications that support millions of users. Key qualifications include:
- Proven expertise with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Docker.
- Experience building robust production deployment pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
- Proficiency in managing distributed task queues, such as Celery, and working with both relational and NoSQL databases.
- A deep understanding of security, encryption, and compliance protocols necessary to protect sensitive user information.
- Strong leadership abilities, combined with a willingness to participate in on-call rotations and lead blameless postmortems.
