We are currently looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis in Australia. In this role, you will help us simplify the management of our telecommunications infrastructure through advanced automation, robust system design, and proactive performance monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement OSS solutions to effectively manage network operations, service delivery, and performance monitoring across our infrastructure.
- Develop and deploy automation scripts using Python and BASH to streamline operational workflows and reduce manual intervention.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting for OSS platforms to ensure high security, optimal performance, and compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional experience in technical roles, ideally spanning a combination of network administration, system administration, software development, or DevOps.
- Strong technical proficiency in networking protocols such as TCP/IP and SNMP, alongside experience with SQL for managing operational data.
- Proven ability to analyze complex systems and workflows, coupled with the communication skills necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- A deep understanding of telecommunications operations and a track record of using scripting and automation tools to solve real-world engineering challenges.
