About the Role
We are seeking a Senior DevOps Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and improving the architecture that powers our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with our development and support teams to ensure our systems are reliable and performant while collaborating with clients to provide technical guidance during and after project implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead server support operations, including incident management, deployments, and general production maintenance.
- Manage and monitor various AWS services while automating application deployments and system configurations.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure environments meet technical requirements and adhere to industry best practices.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should bring the following qualifications:
- More than 4 years of experience in a DevOps analyst or engineering capacity.
- Strong proficiency in Linux server environments and AWS services such as EC2, ELB, RDS, Route53, and S3.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, ArgoCD, and CircleCI.
- Proven ability to use Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Experience with API architecture, microservices, and scripting in Python or Bash.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to participate in an on-call rotation.
- Fluency in French is considered an asset, as is experience in the healthcare or senior care sectors.
Location
This position is based in Canada. We operate under a flexible hybrid work model, and the successful candidate will ideally be located in the Greater Montreal area to facilitate in-person collaboration.
