Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Analyst to join our infrastructure and operations team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Germantown, MD. We are seeking a mid-level professional who is eager to manage complex environments and help us scale our technical operations. Please note that we are unable to provide sponsorship for this role.
Your impact
- Take ownership of our Linux and Windows production environments while deploying and maintaining critical AWS infrastructure.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and write Python scripts to automate workflows and monitoring tasks.
- Champion cloud security by implementing best practices, managing IAM policies, and ensuring our systems remain compliant and resilient.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should have a solid foundation in cloud operations and a passion for continuous improvement. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in DevOps, cloud operations, or systems administration.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT, ideally with a minor in Cyber Security.
- Proven hands-on experience with AWS services and architecture.
- Working knowledge of Terraform and infrastructure as code principles.
- Proficiency in Python scripting for automation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in English.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, monitoring stacks, and cloud security frameworks.
