What you'll be doing

  • You will spearhead our developer community engagement strategies, acting as a primary advocate to drive the adoption of Linea technologies while managing key communication channels and partner onboarding.
  • You will produce high-quality technical content, including tutorials, blog posts, and video guides, to educate our developer base and support the development of our technical documentation.
  • You will establish essential feedback loops between our community, partners, and internal engineering teams to ensure that real-world needs directly inform our product roadmap and research efforts.

What you'll bring

  • Proven expertise in developer relations, community management, or a similar technical role.
  • Deep knowledge of blockchain technology, specifically within the Ethereum and Layer 2 ecosystems.
  • Exceptional communication skills, paired with a strong public presence and the ability to lead and mentor a team of Developer Advocates.
  • A track record of organizing impactful tech events and successfully managing community initiatives.
  • Proficiency in English and a degree in Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.

What you'll get

For candidates based in the United States, the salary range for this position is $140,000 to $200,000 USD. In addition to competitive compensation, you will enjoy the following benefits:
