We are looking for a passionate and ambitious professional to join our team at Consensys, where we push the boundaries of the crypto industry and drive the adoption of Web3 technology. Our team is currently focused on Linea, our leading zk-EVM system that enhances scalability and privacy within the Ethereum ecosystem. What you'll be doing

You will spearhead our developer community engagement strategies, acting as a primary advocate to drive the adoption of Linea technologies while managing key communication channels and partner onboarding.
You will produce high-quality technical content, including tutorials, blog posts, and video guides, to educate our developer base and support the development of our technical documentation.
You will establish essential feedback loops between our community, partners, and internal engineering teams to ensure that real-world needs directly inform our product roadmap and research efforts.

What you'll bring

Proven expertise in developer relations, community management, or a similar technical role.
Deep knowledge of blockchain technology, specifically within the Ethereum and Layer 2 ecosystems.
Exceptional communication skills, paired with a strong public presence and the ability to lead and mentor a team of Developer Advocates.
A track record of organizing impactful tech events and successfully managing community initiatives.
Proficiency in English and a degree in Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.

What you'll get

For candidates based in the United States, the salary range for this position is $140,000 to $200,000 USD. In addition to competitive compensation, you will enjoy the following benefits:
