We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our Creative Compass team on a full-time, on-site basis in Saudi Arabia. At MDLBEAST, we serve as a vibrant creative platform dedicated to music, art, and culture, with a deep focus on the Middle East and a growing global influence. By joining us, you will help shape the infrastructure of the regional music industry and the evolving Saudi nightlife scene. We need a visionary who is passionate about creating memorable visual experiences and is ready to elevate our brand assets to new heights.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for our various events and marketing campaigns.
- Develop fresh creative concepts and transform them into high-quality visual designs, layouts, and assets for digital and print platforms.
- Collaborate closely with our creative team and stakeholders to ensure visual consistency while mentoring junior designers through constructive feedback.
Requirements
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a senior design or art director capacity.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a closely related discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- A strong, diverse portfolio that demonstrates your creative vision and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present concepts effectively to senior management.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
