MDLBEAST has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Designer to join our Creative Compass team. As a Senior Designer, you will play a crucial role in supporting creative campaigns and marketing initiatives for MDLBEAST Live Events. Your responsibilities will include researching the latest trends in music, design, creativity, and community to generate new concepts and drive creative campaigns for MDLBEAST sub-brands.

As a key member of our creative team, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual aesthetics of our high-energy events and evolving our brand visual assets. We are seeking a highly skilled designer with a strong passion for creativity and meticulous attention to detail, ready to take our visuals to new heights and captivate our diverse audience with visually stunning designs.

• Lead the design process for MDLBEAST’s events and campaigns.

• Develop creative concepts and translate them into compelling visual designs.

• Create visually compelling graphics, layouts, and assets for events, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.

• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure design consistency across all platforms.

• Mentor designers and provide constructive feedback.

• Stay updated on design trends and incorporate them into your work.

• Present design ideas and concepts to senior management.

• Work on a variety of projects, from digital assets to print materials.

Job Requirements for Senior Designer Role at MDLBEAST

To be considered for the Senior Designer role at MDLBEAST in the Creative department, you must meet the following requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a senior designer or art director role.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• A creative visionary with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Passionate about music, events, and creating memorable visual experiences.

You will be working closely with the Creative Compass Team and collaborating with stakeholders from Wider MDLBEAST Marketing, Media, Content, and various agencies.
