About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Designer, Design Systems to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will lead the evolution of Expedite, our internal design system that powers our web and mobile platforms. You will work at the intersection of visual craft and engineering, shaping the components and patterns that our product teams rely on to build consistent, high-quality experiences. This is a remote position open to candidates based in Argentina and Brazil. Please note that all applications must be submitted in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain our visual language, including typography, iconography, and UI patterns, while introducing atomic design principles.
• Collaborate closely with engineering partners to ensure components translate effectively from design to implementation, with a focus on modern front-end concepts and accessibility.
• Develop clear documentation and contribution models that empower product teams to adopt the system with confidence and speed.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant experience, including a proven track record of setting design system strategy and driving adoption.
• A portfolio demonstrating deep expertise in design systems, including sharp attention to detail regarding accessibility standards and responsive behavior.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, paired with a strong interest in exploring Storybook and code-based workflows to reduce design-to-development handoff time.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and automation tools, with a willingness to engage directly with technical implementation.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing system scalability with real-world product needs.

Location

This is a remote position. We are specifically recruiting candidates located in Argentina or Brazil.
