The Sandberg Goldberg Bernthal Family Foundation is dedicated to fostering a more equal and resilient world through initiatives like LeanIn.Org, LeanInGirls.Org, OptionB.Org, and the Dave Goldberg Scholarship Program. We are looking for a hands-on Senior Designer or Design Director to shape our digital, program, and brand identity while leading our broader design practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative vision and execution for marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and AI-enabled products.
- Design and oversee the development of accessible learning materials, including toolkits, workshops, and facilitator guides.
- Translate complex research and data into compelling visual stories, such as our annual Women in the Workplace report.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.
- Manage internal and external design talent, providing mentorship and clear creative direction.
- Establish workflows and best practices for the responsible integration of Generative AI into our creative processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, research, and communications teams to align design with organizational goals.
Must-haves
- At least 8 years of professional experience in digital, brand, program, or product design.
- Strong background in UX design, website development, and integrated campaign design.
- Proven ability to create educational or program-based materials.
- Expertise in systems thinking and managing brand governance.
- Experience leading designers and coordinating with creative contractors.
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards, including WCAG.
- Proficiency in translating data into clear visual narratives.
- Excellent communication skills suited for a fully remote, distributed team environment.
- Fluency in English.
Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $133,000 to $170,000 depending on location and seniority level, with an additional performance-based bonus of up to 10% of your annual salary.
