👨💻 About the Role
As a Senior Design Engineer at Mous, you’ll take a leading role in the design and development of multiple R&D projects within our cases and screen protectors team. Your extensive experience will allow you to make an immediate impact, as you oversee key aspects of product development from concept to manufacture.
👋 About You
We've got a project with your name on it, so you'll need to hit the ground running and rapidly get to grips with our core product development processes. You'll be very "hands-on" in this role, and we'll look to you to flex your technical, creative, and leadership muscles to solve a wide range of engineering problems.
You’ll work closely with our talented team of Design Engineers, Industrial Designers, and our production team in China. While you’ll be eager to share your knowledge and mentor junior team members, you’ll also continue learning from others as we strive to deliver the best possible outcomes for our loyal customers.

We have a hybrid approach to working at Mous so our team can have flexibility during the week, and we can retain the collaborative and vibrant Mous culture that people love. We expect people to come into the office at least two days a week but some teams opt for more as it’s beneficial for their workflow.
