What you bring

As a Senior Design Engineer based in the United Kingdom, you will play a pivotal role in our product development lifecycle. This full-time, hybrid position requires a hands-on professional who can manage projects from initial concept through to mass production. Your expertise in Product Development, Prototyping, and CAD will be essential as you lead R&D efforts for our cases and screen protectors.

• Lead the end-to-end design and development of multiple R&D projects.
• Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure efficient, high-quality production.
• Collaborate across departments and with our production team to ensure seamless product launches.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in Design Engineering and a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or Manufacturing Engineering. You should possess a deep understanding of injection moulding, DFM features, and various material properties. Proficiency in SolidWorks is essential, as is the ability to manage complex projects and communicate technical data effectively. We value individuals who are commercially aware, detail-oriented, and eager to mentor junior staff while continuing to learn from the wider team. Fluency in English is required for this role.
